It’s a big issue, whether people need to wait too long to vote, and reports that many simply gave up and didn’t cast their ballots in Roanoke last November disturbed the city council. But few turned out to hear the Electoral Board explain its suggestion that consolidating precincts will speed voting. Here’s some more:
