The Obama administration says it is delaying for a year a key provision in the Affordable Care Act that would require companies with more than 50 employees to provide health insurance.
In response, Rep. Morgan Griffith, R-Salem, has issued the following statement:
“If the Administration’s decision to not enforce this provision is legal, it is yet another example of Obamacare not being able to function within the parameters passed by Congress in 2010. The bill is fatally flawed, and needs to be repealed. The action of the Administration today makes that clear.”
