Notes: Tech is the top seed in its eight-team NIT bracket, with UAB seeded fifth. UAB won 80-77 at VCU in the first round. … The Blazers went 12-4 in Conference USA, including a 79-78 loss to Memphis last month. Vaden, who has a school-record 686 points this season, made the all-conference first team.
