Moe SizlakHow can you say that is supports the claims vy the 5 ex-Hokies when he incorrectly discusses the Christian Smith transfer situation? Smith had already used his one-time release/transfer exemption by transfering from Duke to VT and when he decided to leave VT, he did not have to ask for a release because he had to sit out last Spring and Fall 2006 semesters (1 year) before wrestling for Libery in the Spring 2007.
If Brands cannot remember this more recent incident and describe it correctly in a signed affadavit, what else is he "getting wrong"?
