Teacher’s conviction should scare parents
Judge Paul Tucker’s decision to convict Victor Terry, a Lord Botetourt High School teacher, of assaulting a student is outrageous (“Teacher convicted over shirt-grabbing incident,” Feb. 8).
Terry is an excellent teacher, and as anyone who has been around him can testify, also a great human being.
