Thomas Haynesworth might not have cleared his name without Attorney General Cuccinelli’s help.

Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli makes an excellent point: If Thomas Haynesworth’s exoneration by the Virginia Court of Appeals was a close call, the state needs to look again at its tightly written rules for gaining a writ of actual innocence without DNA evidence.
