Each Tuesday afternoon at the Salem Senior Center, there are a couple of senior citizens who model behavior that, if adopted by the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., could transform that legislative body. I will explain.
Paul Zak, who is a professor of neuroeconomics at the Claremont Graduate University in California and a researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles, has studied the neurological basis for trust.
