Christiansburg’s dirty water

Swimmers in Christiansburg should choose the Aquatic Center for their splashing needs. The main waterway through town, Crab Creek, is not fit for humans.

That is neither secret nor scandal. In fact, town officials want people to know about the problem and what they can do to help.

Judging by the poor attendance at a recent public information event, people are not particularly interested.
