Virginia joined a dozen other states and allies in polluting industries in a legal challenge to Environmental Protection Agency greenhouse gas regulations. Last week, they received a much-deserved smack down from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Real science underlies the dire warning of climate change, and the delirium of deniers cannot change that.
