Cuccinelli does good
His fair decision to leave Virgil Goode on the ballot gives voters another choice.
Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli surely felt some pressure from fellow Republicans about Virgil Goode’s candidacy. To his credit, he did not cave. He rendered a nonpartisan analysis that leaves the Constitution Party’s presidential nominee on the ballot. As a result, all voters win increased choice on Election Day.

Good for Cuccinelli, but the reality is that Goode knew the Repubs would try to block him, even though he is a legal and legitimate candidate, so he gathered so many signatures that Cuccinelli had no choice but to rule in his favor. To do otherwise would have been a complete embarrassment and obvious partisan pandering.
So now we’re supposed to praise Cuccinelli for merely doing his job? That makes him a paragon of virtue? Wow…
“We, too, call them like we see them.”
Yes, but unfortunately you too tend to see “them through the lens of a skewed” liberal “ideology that bends facts and the best interests of Virginians beyond recognition.”
This is good news, though I do have a question about the ballot.
When we vote will our ballots read “Romney”, “Goode” and “Obama” or will they say “Romney”, “Goode” and “It’s Bush’s Fault and Romney’s Rich”? From listening to the democratic campaign, that seems to be who’s running.
#4 – No, Chuck. It’ll be: “Romney”, “Goode”, and “You fell for it once…please do it again”.
