When the Radford City Council meets to discuss how the proposed cut is to be answered; I suggest that members Brown, Harshberger, and Nicholson sit out the vote as all have close ties to Radford University which should be required to fund the cuts. There is an obvious conflict of interest should they vote on this funding. The system needs to renamed Radford University Transit system to reflect it’s ridership as city particpation was needed only to obtain the original grant since the university could not apply for the grant.
