The committee, in the past, has been asked to review proposals that others have made. It was involved in working to place all but to very top acreage into a conservation easement.

(Not sure I’m clear on who’s who on Mill Mountain issues.) Because the more it’s “improved,” the less opportunity there will be for long contemplative walks.
