Your points are just not echoed here. The four year drumbeat of “tax the rich and all will be well” has worked as planned. Where are the editorials wondering why are spending cuts not even mentioned? (That is rhetorical as you know.) Somehow too many people think an extra $67 billion in taxes will take care of the trillion plus annual deficits and take a big chunk out of the $16T debt. Go figure…
