Voter fraud gets another spin
Revisiting Virginia’s newly tightened voter ID law is not warranted by experience.
Del. Mark Cole is worried about voter fraud in Virginia.
Not that any evidence of widespread fraud has come to light in the commonwealth. But, well, it could be happening, Cole figures. So he’s going to double back on his effort this year to tighten up.

Here we go again. Where else is government so anxious to offer solutions to non-existent problems with such abandon? We do not have the money for the things we know we need to do and fix so casting aspersions on a voting process because you think you know something happens is just childish and wasteful in the extreme. ESPECIALLY when they ignore any changes to the only places voter fraud has actually been proven to happen! Just ridiculous.
Next time have the census ask if everyone in the household over the age of 18 has a DMV issued photo ID or Driver’s License so that we can at least know what we are up against before you go disenfranchising voters and putting poll taxes on a right they have been exercising for decades!
