Stick to area of ‘expertise’
By James Grigsby
Brian Wishneff (“Roanoke creates problems with its fixes,” Jan.14 commentary) spoke with great authority on a topic he knows little, if anything, about. My comments here speak to Wishneff’s comments relating to building new fire-EMS stations vs. maintaining operational stations in excess of 100 years old, not his expertise on economic development.
Factually, Wishneff’s comments relating to the fire-EMS stations are rife with error.
Grigsby is a retired Roanoke Fire-EMS chief.
