Survey requires more than one-word response
By Chuck Rogol
Rep. Morgan Griffith recently mailed a survey to his constituents. The stated purpose of the survey, which “was prepared, published and mailed at taxpayer expense,” was to enable him to know “your positions on the issues that will be debated in Congress.”
The wording of the survey questions was so general that it was apparent that Griffith was more interested in obtaining data supporting his political beliefs than in receiving thoughtful input from voters. He has already demonstrated a reluctance to listen to those who may not agree with him. Before the last election, he failed to appear at a debate with his opponent sponsored by the League of Women Voters.

Honestly what do you really expect from Griffith?
