There we go again: One letter describing the sad condition of the Mill Mountain Zoo (Jan. 4, “Zoo doesn’t have the money to be humane,” by Elizabeth Rich) followed by a letter (Jan. 14, “Mill Mt. Zoo needs help to stay alive,” by Barbara Hale) defending the zoo’s existence by justifying how well the animals are cared for, and saying all that’s needed is money.
