For whom the government trolls

“Chicken Little was in the woods one day when an acorn fell on her head. It scared her so much she trembled all over. She shook so hard, half her feathers fell out.” This is the first line from the famous childhood tale “The Story of Chicken Little.” Chicken Little thought “the sky is falling!”
It appears Chicken Little may now live in our nation’s capital. We are told with sequestration the sky is truly falling, and the end of the world as we know it is soon to follow.

“Nevertheless, it is not the court’s role to evaluate the wisdom of federal regulations.” Then what is their role and whose role is it to evaluate the wisdom of federall regulations. If no one then the federal government can run wild with any regulation as there is no oversight. Wait isn’t that the way it is today. I guess they were right.Just look at the EPA for proof.
Huh?? Because of the title character in a fictional story was wrong, we don’t need meat inspectors?
And because the courts have ruled the USDA has jurisdiction in a legal case and then the USDA does it’s job, they’re being wasteful? So it’s wasteful to do the job you were hired to do?
