A new plan for Gainsboro

For Monday: Roanoke wants to close out the Gainsboro Neighborhood Development Plan that created lasting hard feelings. Instead of celebrating the demise of a program that allowed the city to condemn and take land, Gainsboro residents remain skeptical of the city's intentions. Isn't it time for all to work together in identifying specifically expectations for the neighborhood?
