The 2008 JRHS golf team won the Pioneer District regular season

The 2008 JRHS golf team won the Pioneer District regular season

The James River Golf team has won the Pioneer District and advanced on to regional play. They played home matches at Botetourt Country Club. Coach John Shotwell commended his team for hard work and good play over the course of the season. The Knights golf team is comprised of:

Front row:John Bennett, Irina Booth, Brent Cummings,

Second row: Ethan Thrasher, Patrick Bennett, Travis Sprinkle and Clay Bailey,

Back row: Coach Ralph McCampbell, J.B. O'Conner, Grant Sowder, Collin Guilliams and Coach John Shotwell.
