Central Academy passes AYP; school division fully accredited
"Botetourt County School Division is fully accredited," Dr.Tony Brads said with a smile.
The school superintendent, Brads announced at the school board meeting on October 9 that the Virginia Department of Education Accepted the appeal of Central Academy's scores that had caused them not to pass the AYP in Science. Now all county schools have achieved the Annual Yearly Progress ( No Child Left Behind.)
