After School Activities at the Library
Mark your calendars! This just in from the Botetourt Public Library System:
After School Activities at the Library:
Botetourt County Library is offering 3 after school activities for elementary school aged children in October.
Fall Leaf Craft Classes will be offered to children in grades K-5 at the Fincastle and Buchanan branches. The classes are free, but space is limited, so interested children should register early. The Fincastle class will be held from 3:00-4:15 P.M. on Tuesday, October 21. The Buchanan Library will offer the class on Wednesday, October 22 from 3:00-4:15 P.M.. Supplies and snacks will be provided.
The Blue Ridge Library will offer an after school activity for children in grades K-5 on Tuesday, October 28 from 4:00-5:00 P.M. There will be a short story-time session, then children will decorate cupcakes. The library will provide the cupcakes and an assortment of decorations. This is also a free event, but registration is required. All the children need to bring will be their imaginations!
