Girl Scouts enjoy Aviation Day

Girl Scout Cadette Troop 114 from Cloverdale attended Aviation Day at Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport at Weyers Cave on Saturday Nov. 8. The girls had a wonderful time! Moving from station to station, the girls toured hangers, learned about parts of a plane, plane maintenance, helicopter Medivac, airport fire safety, how a plane fly, and more. They even were able to "build" their own plane a "fly" it through a course.
