Operation Warm Winter begins their journey

Ray Sloan of Buchanan sent us this photo and message:

"The Journey Begins! Operation Warm Winter began its journey to North and South Dakota Friday morning with Team drivers Harold Cook, Bubby Entsminger, Jerry Sweet, and Ray Sloan. After loading the truck and trailer we pulled out at 10:18 a.m. Traveled through Western Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, and stopping in Corydon, Indiana around 8:30 p.m. Rain is facing us on this second leg as we roll on to Kansas City MO and points north this morning by 7a.m. Thanks for all the coats, clothes, and donations. Remember us in your prayers."

  1. Thanks for taking your time to deliver the warm coats to Standing Rock! You have gone the extra mile (or should I say 1500 miles!)to meet the needs of our Native American friends. Say hello for us!
