Mackenzie Tyree signs with Carson-Newman

Falnked by her parents Jonie and Butch and sister Macey, MacKenzie Tyree signed to play volleyball with Carson-NewmanFlanked by her parents Joanie and Butch and sister Macey, MacKenzie Tyree signed to play volleyball with Carson-Newman.

Mackenzie Tyree, Lord Botetourt High School's star volleyball player signed with Carson-Newman on Monday, November 17. With her family around her and her school friends filling the audience, Tyree signed the letter of commitment. Assistant principal Tim Bane said Tyree was a wonderful student and one of his favorites. Coach Chuck Pound said that having her back on the basketball team was nice as well. Tyree will major in Marketing/business  at Carson-Newman while she plays volleyball.
