Read Mountain Middle School basketball results

From RMMS AD Vickie White:
The Read Mountain Middle School Starz boys team won their first game of the season yesterday at RMMS to make their record 1-1. The Starz were lead by the tough play of Andrew Williams, with 7 points and 11 rebounds, and Zack Kelly with 9 points. Justin Goode lead the Starz in scoring with 11 points. With the score tied at 36-36 and only 5 seconds left on the clock Goode hit a running buzzer shot to win the game in regulation.
The RMMS Lady Starz won their second game of the season last night with a score of 36-21 over the Vikings of Northside at home last night. Ally DuVal led the Starz with 14 points followed by Meaghan Catron with 8 pints. Read Mountain over came early foul trouble to out hustle their opponents and secure the victory.
RMMS teams will play a make-up game with Ben Franklin Middle School this Wednesday, November 19. The boys will play at 4:45 and the girls game will follow at 6:15. Come out and support the STARZ!!
