Holiday lights: The Weikels in Blue Ridge
Once again, we're mapping displays of holiday lights around the Roanoke Valley. New and improved this year: A better online mapping function, so if you just want to see the lights in Botetourt County, well, you can.
And speaking of Botetourt County, we've received our first submission from Botetourt: Brian and Catherine Weikel at 3333 Webster Road in Blue Ridge have what they describe this way: "Whole big assortment of decorations starting with the birth of Jesus and continuing onto the modern day of Christmas with Santa and Mrs. Claus, snow men, Trees, elves, and the small house lights dance to the music, the large house is in all white with greenery and red ribbons along with flickering candles in the windows."
