The second victim has been identified in the crash on Interstate 81 Wednesday night that killed
Dr. Jeffrey George, 49, a cardiovascular surgeon with Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. The juvenile was the doctor's daughter, Hannah George, 15.
