This is where gun laws that are already in placed be executed. The laws are allready in place instead of new laws put in place. We already have the laws and the only change is that the current laws should be manandatory and not be able to be plea bargined out by some lawyer. I'm A Law abiding firearms owner and feel that a person convicted of a crime using a fiream should not be allowed to plea bargin any firearms laws already in place. Anyone convicted of using a firearm should have a mandatory sentence of at least 5 years or even 10 years mandatory... in the use of a crime and should not be able to be plea bargined out of this charge.
