Santa and Mrs Claus will be here at Stoney Battery Road on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the next two weekends!

The Timmerman's special guests will once again occupy the Santa House at 2224 Stoney Battery Road just down the road from Troutville Elementary ! This weekend December 12, 13 and 14 and next weekend December 19, 20 and 21 from 6ish until 9 p.m. come see Santa and Mrs Claus and arguably the best light display in the Roanoke Valley!

Thousands of Christmas lights, music and fun await at this fantasy creation. The Timmermans have been inviting in Botetourt and the Roanoke Valley for a number years to see Santa and the Mrs. Children will get a little bag from Mrs. Claus. Every year a new wonder is added to the display and this year it is a helicopter piloted by St. Nick. The display begins taking shape in November and it takes many hours to get everything up and to keep all of the lights replaced and running. But the kindness of the couple is reflected in the nature of Santa and Mrs. Claus for they all try to make Christmas merry for people young and young at heart!

The helicopter is new this year!

The helicopter is new this year!

To get there:

Take Route 11 north out of Troutville about four miles to Stoney Battery Road, make a right and proceed about three miles to Cave Creek Baptist Church located across the street from the Santa House and display. It is an understatement to say the light display cannot be missed!

From Roanoke: Take I- 81 north to exit 154 the Brugh's Mill Road exit turn right and go to Route 11 intersection, make a right and go about two miles and a left on Stoney Battery Road. Proceed as noted above.
