Forecast for Saturday afternoon's Buchanan Christmas parade
The Buchanan Christmas parade will be 4 p.m. Saturday and weather journalist Kevin Myatt tells us the weather will be "Bright sun, chilly, but not bitterly cold. In the low to mid 40s."
