Troutville Elementary School Drama Club stages its first ever holiday play
The Troutville Elementary School Drama Club staged its first ever holiday play last week. The 36 students directed by 4th grade teacher Kim Trask, music teacher Beth Radford and parent volunteer Michelle Newberry put on a funny musical entitled "Santa's Holiday Hoe Down".
Shown here are performers Hannah Bronson, Greysen Newberry, Alexandra Moore (Santa), Kalynda Slawter (Dolly Parton), Abby Rigatti (Minnie Pearl), Erin Stinnett, Annalee Rader, Kayla Overbay, Amber Alam and Nelson Gil. Not to be outdone by the elves, the reindeer shown are Kelsie Graybill, Morgan Ratcliffe, Briana Cundiff, Alyssa Erber, Danielle Crouse, Joeli Martin, Russell Killian, Ivo Dudley and Kayla Hogan.
