The Miss Virginia pageant is going on this week at the Roanoke Civic Center and one of the contestants is Madison Van Duyne of Fincastle, competing as Miss Central Virginia. That's her on the right. At left is Chinah Helmandollar, Miss Smith Mountain Lake and in the center is Pearl Fu, Director of Local Colors.
