Photo: Botetourt natives jam at Three Little Pigs

Sunday, June 28 Botetourt natives Jeffrey Stritesky, 21, Trent Matthias, 18, and Sean Gimbert, 18, jammed for the first time publicly as a band in front of family, friends, and patrons at Three Li'l Pigs barbeque restaurant in Daleville, Va. Stritesky, guitarist and vocalist, Gimbert, bassist and back-up vocalist, and Matthias, drummer, entertained the crowd from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The band, who's yet to name their group, created a fan base by the end of the night. Onlooker, Matthew Witt said, "They [the band] were fabulous."
