Photos: James River defeats Covington 34-6 in Pioneer District football play

The first district game and the Knights proved again when playing teams of close to the same size-1A, they rock and roll! Last night they rolled over Covington High School 34-6. Jordan Talbott had the passing mark and his receivers caught them last night and the running and kicking games were on as well. The defense dug in and the Cougars never had a chance!

Go  Knights! (Click for a photo gallery) They play PMHS in Buena Vista next Friday for the second game of the district match ups.

Do you have photos from the game? Or any game, for that matter, involving teams or players from Botetourt? You can share at news@botetourtview.com.
