Girl Scouts bridge to Ambassadors

Botetourt Service Unit Girl Scout Troop 83 of Bonsack bridged from Seniors to Ambassadors Sunday October 18. To attain this level of achievement, the girls developed leadership skills, participated in community service projects, and earned several badges, including Citizenship and the Visionary Award. To celebrate their achievement, the girls and their mothers enjoyed a delicious meal at the Swinging Bridge Restaurant in Paint Bank, followed by a ceremony on the Swinging Bridge.

The girls are (L to R) Emilee Higgins, Cady England, and Katie Martin. Their leader is Cindy Higgins.
