Police to update Morgan Harrington case at 10:30 today
Police have scheduled a briefing at 10:30 a.m. today in Charlottesville to release the timeline of events leading up to the disappearance of Morgan Harrington, the Lord Botetourt grad who went missing at the Metallica concert.
