Eat chicken/do good
On Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., fifteen percent of sales at both Chick-Fil-A restaurants in Roanoke will go to the Roanoke Valley Relay for Life, an American Cancer Society fundraiser.
So if you're looking for a quick dinner idea on Thursday, you could eat chicken and waffle fries and not feel quite so guilty about the fat content, or not making a homemade dinner for your family, or whatever else you would tend to feel guilty about.
Lindsey, Have you checked out the Chick-Fil-A song on youtube by Tim Hawkins? It is hilarious.... :0)

Hi Lindsey,
Last night we went to Abuelo's for dinner.
They put out a coupon that 20% of your bill to Kids Miracle Network.
I did not see many coupons and no advertisement of the fact.
I guess it means more when a kid in your family has cancer and they
help them out. So we suport them a little would be nice for the good
chairitys that do make a big differance in peoples lives.

I'll take any excuse for a reason to eat at Chick-Fil-A!! We need to get my son's birthday gift, so I see a trip out to Valley View tomorrow!
