  1. Once again Virginia Tech is on national TV. Somebody in TV land likes Tech and thanks for that. If Tech could win this game and the championship game and then win a bowl, we would be in good shape for next year. That is a lot of ifs and big ifs but it would be big for us. Virginia Tech has come a very long way since I started being a Tech fan over 40 years ago. Tech has been on the edge of very big time success many times in the recent years, but we need to break through to this successful place in college football. Yes we have done good things and been successful, but there is more that we could achieve and we are always so close to doing it that all Tech fans can see this and want it to happen because we know that it can happen. As for this year, all ACC teams have gone through about the same kind of season that we have had this year. If any one of these teams improves a little it could rule the roost in this conference. We Tech fans hope that it is Virginia Tech. GO HOKIES!!!
