Doug Doughty's Top 25 ballot
Not sure how much sense this will make at 4:33 a.m. as I prepare to catch a plane:
- Florida
- Texas
- Alabama
- TCU
- Boise
- Cincinnati
- LSU
- Georgia Tech
- Oregon
- Southern Cal
- Ohio State
- Utah
- Miami
- Iowa
- Pittsburgh
- Penn State
- Houston
- Arizona
- Okla State
- Stanford
- Va. Tech
- Wisconsin
- WVU
- Auburn
- Clemson
26.Texas Tech
27. BYU

Great job!
My only criticism of polls is that I think Pittsburgh should be in the Top 5. They play a real schedule!

Why is Florida #1? They really haven't beaten anyone, have struggled against teams that Texas would have clobbered, and are resting on laurels from last year, when Texas should have played them in the National Championship game. Until I see something different from Florida, Texas and Alabama are 1 and 2 in my mind.

Nelson,
The unfortunate loss to ACC cellar dweller NC State has a way of holding you back. A win over Cincy will help.

Seriously? Oregon lost to unranked Stanford and you dropped them 2 SPOTS! AND they are still in the top ten? Craziness! Just craziness...

Such love for VPI. There offense has been just awful. The defense is not what it has been. No way top 25.
