Notes from Iraq

27MAY09--Team Picture

The team got together to take a team picture this morning.  All eleven members of the military transition team are done with our two weeks of mid-tour leave, and we are together again.  Together less than two months though, as our deployment nears an end.

Back Row (left to right): Captain Dresche, Major Aaron Wentworth, Major Brott, Sergeant Brian Parker, and Captain Mack Kelley. Front Row (left to right): Captain Rich Connaroe, Sergeant Kevin "KC" Connaughton, Sergeant Gregory Murrell, Sergeant Luis "Doc" Montes, Sergeant Daniel "DC" Colon, and Lieutenant Jeremy "Jay" Alaniz.

We tried a few different poses with two MRAPs in the background, Maxpro on the left and Caiman on the right.
