Thank goodness that, with medication, TB is controlable.  I wonder if he knew before he left that there was such a risk of getting it in Iraq.

		<description>Thanks for this post.  My son just returned from Iraq and contracted TB while over there.  He is on antibotics that he has to take every day for 9 months.  Good luck to you.</description>

		<description>For some reason, this post reminded me of one long ago where you showed pictures of the huge trash fields.  Discussions such as this remind me to be thankful that we live in a developed country where such illnesses are not as widespread as other countries.

Ah yes..Val Kilmer.  One of the best movie lines ever.  "I'm your huckleberry."
