Jury recommends death
The jury returned to the courtroom with the recommendation that William Morva be sentenced to death.
Morva was found guilty Tuesday on all charges: three counts of capital murder, two counts of use of a firearm in commission of murder, assault and battery of a law enforcement officer and escaping with force.

Morva has already cost society enough. I don't think we should have to spend our tax dollars to take care of him for the rest of his life. I'm glad to see that the death penalty was recommended.
I do feel bad for his family. But Morva sealed his own fate by making the choices that he did.
