I know alot of gun owning Republicans or mostly republicans who voted for Deeds, even though they had never voted in a democratic primary before. That helped a good bit just by itself.

I think voters realized Deeds is a good choice to run against Bob McDonnell in November; after all, he almost beat him in the AG race last election. Creigh is a good "Blue Dog" Dem, a formidable candidate against über-conservative McD. Moreover, Deeds is a warm and personable "regular guy" unlike McD who seems to have had his sense of humor surgically removed sometime during his 20s.

Creigh Deeds puts the Senior Care first, a wise move in southwest Virginia. He puts education next and that is
rated pretty high in southwest Virginia and we have the scores to show that we care.

His smile is genuine and his background is solid. He'll make a great Governor for a state ready for a positive change.

Future looks bright for rural Virginia if Deeds becomes next Governor but the state of Northern Virginia may request the District of Columbia to annex it.

Wow! A huge victory by Creigh Deeds -- a huge margin for a smart, caring, humorous and genuinely nice guy. For all of us west of Richmond, he's the clear choice in November.

Congrats to Creigh Deeds. This is just further proof that Virginians like having a Democrat leading the Commonwealth. Creigh Deeds is going to make a great Governor. The sad part is it will only take Bob McDonnell 24 hours before he and the republicans start with their traditional lie and smear campaign. At least the people of Virginia will have someone like Deeds to represent them instead of the special interest ideologues that prop up McDonnell.

Rethink your conventional analysis. I'm a conservative who voted against Clinton (a.k.a., McAuliffe). Long live Operation Chaos.
