Turner Ashby 54, Blacksburg 38
Kirby Burkholder scored 20 points to lead Turner Ashby (26-1) past Blacksburg 54-38 in the Group AA Division 4 quarterfinals at James Madison University Convocation Center.
Cassidy Burkholder scored 12 points and Nikki Newman added 10 for the Knights. The Bruins (19-9) couldn't beat the press early and had problems defending Kirby Burkholder all game.
Katy Kipps and Mallory Jones led Blacksburg with 16 and 15 points, respectively.
