		<description>The law is the law...no political party/personal literature clothing baseballbats etc etc in the polling place or within what 40 feet of the entrance? why tinker with it as you're just inviting hard feelings.</description>

		<description>I can understand the ban for poll workers, elections officials, and anyone actually involved inside the polling places...but for voters too?  That does seem to go pretty far beyond anything that seems reasonable.  I don't see how someone wearing a hat or shirt could have any impact on the election, especially considering that there is likely to be a bunch of fairly rabid precinct volunteers outside most polling places this year anyway.</description>
