No class action against the lottery

If you were hoping to ride the coattails of a class action lawsuit against the Virginia lottery, think again. According to the Virginia Lawyers Weekly blog, the man suing the lottery for misleading him on the odds will have to go it alone. So much for that million dollar payout.
