		<description>I was actually very suprised to see that they didn't already have a recycling program in place.  Given the large volume of bottled beverages consumed downtown, not to mention all of the other paper, plastic, and metal waste likely generated, I really would have figured this was being done.  It's about time that a system be put in place for the downtown merchants and other commercial users...I would have to guess that they generate more recyclable waste than the citizenry does on a daily basis.</description>
