		<description>THANK YOU...someone else sees what I see - this has been apparent for many years - the 'leaders' of this region are so slow and indecisive that it literally brings any possible growth or development to a standstill.

I was born and raised in the region, live and work in NYC now, and WOW what a difference in ability to get things done.  It's a shame because Roanoke has the potential to be a vibrant place, but it needs LEADERS who can make confident and swift decisions.  You can't please everyone, but any movement forward is better than no action at all.

A place with no clear direction or identity will have a difficult time attracting or sustaining successful business.  I love this area and want nothing but the best for it - here's to waking this place up in 2009!</description>
