Batten Sr.'s wonderful life

Tomorrow we'll also laud the life of Frank Batten Sr., founder of this newspaper's parent company, who died early today at age 82.

  3. I guess Frank Jr. has been running his empire for a while, so I don't expect a change in modus operandi of the RT. All I know is he was the world's 190th richest man, and was an early civil rights proponent in the South.
